Connect Care Spring 2025 Upgrade

The Spring 2025 Upgrade to the Connect Care clinical information system will occur on March 13, with changes to most Connect Care applications. 

These changes are primarily enhancements and will affect all prescribers using Connect Care. General and track-specific summaries of the change impacts will be linked below, when available.
