Uninstalling Connect Care Mobility

You may have a need to uninstall the Connect Care mobility apps from your mobile device. This is a simple process, but it differs for Android and Apple devices. Following this process will remove the enterprise mobility software and all associated clinical apps.


    1. Open the Hub app from within the work profile

    2. Tap on This Device

    3. Tap on Enrollment

    4. Tap on Unenroll Device

    5. Tap on Unenroll

Apple (iPhones and iPads)

    1. Tap on Settings

    2. Tap on General

    3. Tap on VPN and Device Management

    4. Tap on Workspace Services

    5. Tap on Remove Management and follow instructions
