Using the Connect Care Physician Manual

  1. Clicking on the top-left Connect Care logo will return to the home page and restore the manual to its default view.
  2. The title bar identifies the current section. The text may have hyperlinks (bold font and underlined) that can be selected for more information about a specific topic.
  3. Note the Search icon (magnifying glass) at the top right. It may be very faint. Selecting this opens a search function that will find all Manual sections containing the specified search term.
  4. Buttons appear at the bottom of every section. These link to the Connect Care Physician Updates (Updates), an eHealth Glossary (Glossary), the Connect Care Help Portal (Concierge) and web resources for physician Connect Care users (CMIO).
  5. An information icon appears at the bottom left of every section. Selecting this will reveal when the section was last updated.
  6. An outline appears in the left column, with sections that can be expanded or collapsed. Selecting a section title will cause it to display in the view panel to the right. If the outline does not show, look for an outline icon at the top of the left screen and select this to pull out the outline.
