Refresher Training

Some Connect Care users trained in earlier waves, particularly those who only occasionally use the system, may find it beneficial to have refresher training to ensure they continue to have a positive user experience.

There is no time limit to access refresher training through the Independent Learning option, and users can pick and choose what they would like to review. Each Independent Learning takes approximately 1.5-2 hours to complete.
