Connect Care Fall 2025 Upgrade

The Fall 2025 Upgrade to the Connect Care clinical information system will occur on September 11, with changes to most Connect Care applications. 

These changes are primarily enhancements and will affect all prescribers using Connect Care. Summaries of the change impacts will be linked below when available (around end of August).
