Printing Problems

The Connect Care clinical information system (CIS) has sophisticated printing controls. They are also complicated and can be confusing. This is because the CIS automatically routes label print-jobs to label printers, facsimile printing to RightFax, prescriptions to local printers, etc. Moreover, print tasks need to route to exactly the right printer for a particular computer or clinical area.
